Yes. Limber Pine Counseling provides secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy sessions for clients located within Nebraska, Florida and South Carolina. Telehealth is a great option for busy schedules, transportation challenges, or simply meeting from the comfort of home.

Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As progress develops, you and your therapist may shift to biweekly or monthly sessions. Your treatment plan is always personalized.

Limber Pine Counseling accepts certain insurance plans and can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance allows it. Coverage varies by provider, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify your mental-health benefits.

Rates vary based on service type and therapist credentials. Before you begin, you’ll receive clear, transparent pricing. If you need cost-related guidance, we can discuss options during your consultation.

You can schedule online through our appointment portal, or you can message us on the contact page of our website. New clients typically begin with a consultation to determine the best fit for services.

We provide counseling for adults, teens, and older children depending on the issue and therapist availability. 

Yes. Your privacy is protected by strict confidentiality laws. The only exceptions involve situations where safety is at risk (such as harm to self or others), which your therapist will review with you before your first session.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people benefit after a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support. Your therapist will check in with you regularly to make sure therapy is working and aligned with your goals.

A good match is essential. If at any point you feel your therapist may not be the best fit, we fully support you in discussing it. We can help you transition to another therapist who may better match your needs.

We ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, since that time is reserved exclusively for you.
